to receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number, as well as the proper return
address information. Returns must be received by the warehouse within
10 business days of receipt of the above mentioned RA number. All return
shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please be sure
to reference the RA number on the outside box, so that your return can
be processed correctly. Items returned without an RA number, or with incorrectly
marked RA numbers will not be processed.
