Q. What kind of warranty do you offer on your products?

A. All products carry the original Manufacturers Warranty.

Q. What are your methods of payment?

A. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MC, Amex, & Discover, as well as money orders, and personal checks.

Please note that personal checks require 10-14 days to clear, at which point your order will be shipped.

Q. Is your payment system secure?

A. At Myselfdignity.com the security of your credit card information is a top priority. We have, therefore, taken significant steps to ensure that your payment and personal information is processed accurately, confidentially and securely.
Myselfdignity.com is secured via SSL (Secure Socket Layer) utilizing true 128-bit or 256-bit SSL Certificate, thus offering the maximum level of encryption of security attainable.

For your protection, all orders that are submitted to us through our website are subjected to a thorough verification procedure before processing. This may include contacting you via telephone or e-mail to confirm your order, delivery and payment information. Please be sure to include a phone number and an e-mail address at which you can easily be reached, so that we can contact you in a timely manner when necessary.

To avoid fraud, our verification department requires that you provide us with the billing address and phone number exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Inaccurate information may cause a delay in the processing of your order. Please note that if an item is requested to be shipped to an alternate address, additional time to verify the request will be required.

Q. Do you charge sales tax?
A. Sales tax is collected on all taxable items shipped within New York State.


Q. When can I expect to receive my order?

A. Most orders ship within 2 business days. Orders will be shipped via one of the following carriers: UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, or Private Carrier, and generally take 1-7 business days to arrive. If expedited shipping is required, please contact customer service. Additional shipping fees may apply.

In the event that you are unavailable to receive your package, please contact customer service to make alternate arrangements. The customer will be responsible for any fees incurred in such an instance, and shipping and/or restocking fees may apply in an instance that an order cannot be delivered.

Products that have incurred obvious, noticeable damage during delivery should be refused. In the event that the item is found to be damaged after the initial inspection, please contact customer service to obtain a replacement. Such damage must be reported within 48 hours from receipt of delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all items for damage immediately upon taking delivery.

Q. Do you ship outside of the mainland United States?

A. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada will be subject to additional shipping fees. Please contact customer service to obtain an exact quote.

Q. Can I return a product that does not meet my satisfaction?
A. Myselfdignity.com offers an industry leading 30 day return policy. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Before returning an item, you must first contact customer service either by phone or via email to receive a Return Authorization (RA) Number, as well as the proper return address information. Returns must be received by the warehouse within 10 business days of receipt of the above mentioned RA number. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please be sure to reference the RA number on the outside box, so that your return can be processed correctly. Items returned without an RA number, or with incorrectly marked RA numbers will not be processed.

Once you have shipped the item, please forward any tracking information to us via email atRA@myselfdignity.com, or you can call customer service with the information. Refunds will be issued only after the item is inspected and approved by the warehouse staff.

In order to be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be unused, clean, and in perfect working condition. All paperwork (including packaging, manuals, and blank warranty cards) and contents must also be in their original resalable condition.

All products sold on this site are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Products that have been opened cannot be returned.

Order cancellation requests received after your order has been shipped will be processed as returns, and are subject to our return policy listed above.

Please note that Shipping, Handling, and Insurance charges are not refundable.

Q. Do you share customer information with other companies?

A. Myselfdignity.com respects the privacy of its customers' personal or health related information and will not, under any circumstances, exchange, sell or otherwise spread the use of any information collected on the website, by telephone or by mail. All information collected will be kept confidential and used only to serve customers or as required by law.
